How do I get to know my career prospects at Nerolac?

Will I be able to get cross Functional Exposure?

If one wants to learn at Nerolac then sky is the limit. Nerolac encourages people with diversified skills to widen the horizon of their knowledge. If the person is a performer and is keen on learning the intricacies of another department then based on the requirement he is shifted in one.

How will we be rewarded for our performance?

In the beginning of every financial year, the employee submits his Key Result Areas (KRA’s) based on his job description. These KRA’s are revised at departmental heads level in consent with the employee. A quarterly review of the employee’s performance is done. The assessment is a combined appraisal system where the employee is given full chance to talk about his achievements and explain any issue, if needed. However, the rewards are linked to yearly assessment of achievement of KRA’s. The rewards are in both cash and kind.
