Technical Services

To support the growing need of trouble-free performance of products at the user end, Kansai Nerolac has well established technical service team with its Central Service Technology Laboratory based at Lower Parel, Mumbai. Satellite Technical Service Laboratories are established at Chennai and Delhi. Over 85 Technical Service team members are located at important Customers’ sites to support production lines.

Central Technical Service Laboratory at Mumbai is approved by the Government of India, Department of Science and technology, and is equipped with advanced computerized testing equipments.

Value addition/Value engineering activitities

Kansai Nerolac undertakes various VA/ VE activities in co-ordination with customers viz., cost & consumption reductions, energy savings, safety & environment protection etc. resulting in ultimate delivery of optimized painting solutions.
