What if my Dealer did not give me UCB Bag upon Purchase?

In the unlikely event of the UCB bag Not Being Available with the dealer at the time of purchase for any reason, please do not give the Original HD Surprise Card to Dealer and retain the same with you. Dealer shall contact you when the UCB bags are back in Stock at the Outlet.

What is the Process of Claim Validation for Holiday Voucher & HD TV?

To Initiate Verification Process, SMS HD to 9212492124 and you would receive a call back from support team who shall help you worth the further process. You shall be required to submit to the support team, following documents: - (1) Copy of Invoice for the Material purchase, (2) Copy of a Govt. Issued Identity Proof (drivers license, passport Etc.) – (3) Original Scratch Card.

How Do I Submit the Claim Validation Documents?

Till when can I avail the benefits of the Holiday Package?

You can avail the accommodation anytime on or before 15th Dec 2016. Please Note that all reservation requests are subject to availability.

What is the check in and checkout time at the hotel?

General check in time at the hotel is 14.00 hrs and check out time is 12.00 hrs. It is up to the hotel to decide if they can allow an early check in or late check upon your request . Nerolac shall not be responsible for any discretion exercised by hotel in this regard.

In case of an extra person what are the conditions and availability of extra bed?

The voucher is valid for 2 Adults and 2 children under the age of 5 years, without extra bed in same room. For Adult/child above 6 yrs. of age. Extra person charges may be applicable as per hotel norms and are to be paid directly to the hotel. Its Suggested to check with support team if you anticipate such situation.

If I have multiple holiday vouchers can I avail more nights of hotel stay ?

Since all vouchers are processed as individual requests , we cannot guarantee that you shall be able to get a confirmation in continuity for extend stay.

What is the Hotel booking Cancellation Procedure?

Reservation Requests Once Confirmed cannot be cancelled / altered in any manner.

For any reason if I am not able to use my Confirmed Hotel booking, is there any way in which I can rebook the same?

Reservation Requests once confirmed cannot be altered or modified. If you do not avail a confirmed reservation no alternate option shall be offered.

Are there any hidden charges which I have to pay at the hotel?

You do not have to pay any charges towards your accommodation at the hotel ( not even the taxes on accommodation ) However , all other charges apart from the accommodation - including but not restricted to following - travel, transportation, conveyance to the destination / hotel. Food, incidentals, any applicable taxes on your additional billing, additional accommodation and other facilities offered by the hotels that may be availed by you during the stay are payable by you before check out directly to the hotel.

1. "Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd.’s" (hereinafter referred to as ' KNPL' / 'Nerolac') "HD Surprises Offer" (hereinafter referred to as ‘offer’) is valid in all states of Republic Of India, except for state of Tamil Nadu from 15th Apr’16 to 15th June’16 both days inclusive (hereinafter referred to as "Offer Period"), unless otherwise further extended by KNPL or till stocks last, whichever is earlier.

2. This is a redemption based offer wherein the customer must claim to redeem the product /services and no product / services shall be delivered/ offered unless claimed for. Redemption Claims must be in accordance with the terms & conditions of the offer and redemption process must be completed only by the Customers buying the qualifying product from selected Nerolac dealers, in the prescribed manner as under.

3. The Offer shall be valid and operative only on the purchase of a minimum of 20 Liters of Impression Range of Paint (24 carats or Eco Clean), (hereinafter referred to as the ’Participating Product’) from selected dealer (hereinafter referred to as the ’Dealer’)

4. On purchase of participating Product as mentioned above, the customer would be eligible to receive a HD Scratch Card which shall have a Serial Number and a Gift from One following options, under a Scratch Patch.

  • United Colors of Benetton Sling Bag – Endorsed as UCB Bag on Scratch Card
  • 2 Nights Holiday Voucher from Sterling Resorts - Endorsed as Holiday Voucher on Scratch Card
  • Samsung 42” Full HD LED TV – Endorsed as HD TV on Scratch Card

5. The Scratch Patch must be gently scratched (suggested by a round coin) to reveal the Gift.

6. Upon revealing the gift, the customer must follow the following as per gift won:

  • If scratch card Endorsement Reads – UCB Bag, i.e. it entitles you for a United Colors of Benetton Sling Bag. This scratch card must be exchanged for a UCB Sling Bag from your Nerolac Dealer.
  • In case the bag is not available with your Nerolac dealer for any reason, please retain the card with you and check back with your Nerolac Dealer again for the availability and exchange the same when bag is available at dealer’s outlet.
  • For all other endorsements (i.e. other than UCB Bag), you must send the following documents for validation of the claim to the address mentioned hereunder.
    • Copy of Invoice for the Nerolac Product Purchased.
    • A Copy of your ID & Address Proof.
    • Original Scratch Card Showing Winning Endorsement (please keep a copy of the scratch card with you before sending the original)

7. All successfully submitted claim forms shall be acknowledged by a reference number, which may be used for any communications with support team with respect to your claim.

8. All claims submitted shall be reviewed by Claims Support Team for correctness of information and/or the registration being as per the terms of the offer /meeting the eligibility criteria and the result shall be communicated to you on the registered email address.

9. Only Customers complying with the terms and conditions of the Offer shall be eligible to participate and take benefit of this offer. The Company shall not be responsible or liable, in any manner whatsoever, if the customer does not comply with the terms and conditions/ requirements of the offer in any manner.

10. Only upon verification and satisfaction of the Nerolac / Agencies Appointed by Nerolac the claim shall be accepted. HD Scratch Card cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. There is no cash or any other alternative for this offer.

11. For accepted claims for endorsements as Holiday Voucher, you shall be entitled to 2 Nights accommodation at any of the Sterling Resorts as listed on

12. This endorsement entitles you to a “2 Nights Holiday” comprising of 2 Nights Accommodation for 2 Adults and 2 Children under the age of 6 years without extra bed in the same room.

13. All accepted claims shall be acknowledged by issuing a reservation ID, which may be used to make a reservation ONLY via the Concierge Email –

14. You must mention your active mobile number and an active e-mail address while communicating with Concierge Service, as all notifications about your claim are sent thru SMS & Email, in absence of the same you shall not receive any notification about your claims and Nerolac / Agencies Appointed by Nerolac shall not be responsible for any missed notifications some of which may be time sensitive.

15. TNerolac reserves the right to refuse to process a reservation request against a reservation ID if submitted by someone other than customers to whom it was originally issued to.

16. All expenses other than “2 Nights accommodation” & any inclusions mentioned on your confirmation voucher shall be borne by you (e.g.: - including but not restricted to following - travel, transportation, conveyance, additional food, incidentals, any applicable taxes, additional accommodation and other facilities offered by the hotels that may be availed by you during the stay.)

17. A minimum of 30 days’ notice before the first preferred date of travel is required, from the date of receipt of the reservation request by Concierge Service.

18. In the reservation request you must state 3 different preferred dates for travel and Concierge Service will use reasonable endeavors to book you in first available date from your mentioned preference.

19. In the unlikely event of none of the combination/sequence available Concierge Service shall offer alternate destination or date at their absolute discretion, which may be before or after the preferred dates opted by you, such an alternative offer shall fulfill all promotional obligations towards you.

20. TAll Travel must be Completed (i.e. check out) on or before 15th December 2016. All Reservation requests are subject to promotional availability. Availability on Full/Normal/Package fare shall not be taken into consideration for confirmation of reservation request.

21. All reservation requests shall be treated and processed as individual requests. Reservation request cannot be used/ clubbed together in any manner.

22. Cancellation or amendments are not possible after a confirmation has been issued against the reservation request. In the event of you not availing the confirmed accommodation, replacement or alternate reservation shall not be offered. The use of the confirmation letter is subject to the rules and regulations of the hotel(s). The use of the confirmation letter by the customer shall be deemed as an acceptance to the rules and regulations of the hotel(s).

23. Nerolac/Sterling Resorts, may change, alter or modify the Destination/Hotel List at its sole discretion anytime & the same shall be binding on you.

24. For accepted claims for endorsements as HD TV, a Samsung 42” Full HD LED TV shall be delivered to your registered address.

25. Any tax regulation, Octroi charges and TDS, if applicable on gift item will have to be paid by you on demand by KNPL before delivery of the gift.

26. In case the TV cannot be delivered to your address for any reason, it shall solely be responsibility of the winner to collect the same on their own expenses from the Designated Nerolac Depot, which shall be intimated as required.

27. Any and all Warranty issues must be addressed to the manufacturer directly, KNPL will not intervene in any warranty issues that arise between the product manufacturer and customer/ winner at any point of time, whatsoever. Manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions apply.

28. Any cost associated with accessing the offer website or SMS Engine is the customer’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used, KNPL or agencies cannot be held responsible in any manner what so ever for the delays or errors occurring due to the Internet service provider or Postal or Telecom Operators & Authorities, used by the customer. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows customer to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

29. KNPL or it’s agencies shall not be responsible for any delay, error, failure, problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of electronic mail or entries on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to any customer resulting from participation in, or submitting or downloading materials for, this offer. If for any reason, the offer is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of KNPL which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of Contest, KNPL reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer. Decision taken by KNPL shall be final in this regard.

30. Gift Images shown on the website are only indicative. Actual gifts may vary from them.

31. The personal information of the Customers collected by the KNPL in order to conduct the Offer may be given to third parties, including but not limited to the regulatory authorities. KNPL may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise directed by any Statutory / Judicial Authority, use the information for its promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Customers. All such entries/ personal information of the customers becomes the property of KNPL.

32. KNPL reserves the right, at any time, to verify the registered details and the invoice of the product so purchased by the customer and to unconditionally disqualify any claim/reservation request form pertaining to any customer whose registration has been tampered with or who in any way abuses the process or Terms and Conditions of the Offer. Failure by KNPL to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

33. KNPL reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/ or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer without any prior notice. Offer shall be void, if prohibited by law. In such case the KNPL shall not be liable to provide any such offer to the customer on any account whatsoever.

34. This offer cannot be combined with or clubbed with any other scheme and/or other promotional offer from the KNPL, subsisting or announced at future date by the Company.

35. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, KNPL / agencies appointed by KNPL (including its Directors, officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential arising in any way out of the Offer.

36. Employees of KNPL and its advertising agencies and/or their family members are not eligible to participate in the offer. All logos, trademark, copyrights pertaining to the offer shall belong to the Company.

37. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts (“ Disputes”) arising out of the offer shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by KNPL in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai and the language used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

38. Subject to the dispute resolution procedure as set out hereinabove, the Courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the offer.
