Terrace/ roof waterproofing is extremely important, as a terrace/ roof is always exposed to harsh weather conditions temperature variations and rains. Terrace is one of the most critical surface areas for the protection of a house and usually it is the most neglected one unlike the walls which gets painted within every few years.

The terrace surface tends to accumulate rain water, which in due course starts seeping inside the slab causing the corrosion in steel bars thus affecting the life of entire house.
