Mr. Hitoshi Nishibayashi is a graduate from Osaka University of Foreign Studies, Faculty of English studies (Currently known as Osaka University). He joined Kansai Paint Co., Ltd., Japan (“KPJ”) in April 1987. He has worked in various divisions of KPJ and is presently the representative Director of the Board, Senior Managing Executive Officer, and Head of International Business Unit (current). He is currently the Representative Director of the Board, Senior Managing Executive Officer, Head of Business Unit and Head of Europe Business Segment at KPJ. He is associated with the Company in the capacity of a Non-Executive Director.
