We recruit young management postgraduates from several premier management technical/engineering institutes every year. The selection process includes group discussions, aptitude test and personal interviews. After a detailed induction programme of a month’s duration, the trainees go through on the job training for a year. They are absorbed in functional profiles after successful completion of their projects. The performance orientation is so strong in Nerolac, that it helps them contribute effectively for mutual benefit.
Many of the Senior Management Team members have actually begun their careers as Management Trainees and grown in the organization to the top positions.
