Mr. Takashi Tomioka graduated from Tokyo Gakugei University, Faculty of Education. He joined Kansai Paint Co., Ltd., Japan (“KPJ”) in April 1996 and has worked in various divisions of Kansai Paint Co., Ltd., Japan. He is currently Director of the Board, Managing Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Head Office at KPJ. He is associated with the Company in the capacity of a Non-Executive Director.
